Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering preferred or equivalent experience.
• 3+ years in a manufacturing management role.
• Strong written and oral communication, organizational, technical, and mechanical aptitude.
• Authorization to work in the United States full-time; no sponsorship offered for this role.

Responsibilities

• Support a safety culture and drive the plant's safety mission to zero accidents.
• Operate and provide support on production lines and washouts as needed.
• Lead actions to improve OEE and drive TPM activities.
• Coordinate operator line assignments, line priorities, and scheduling with UP activities.
• Provide coaching and development for operators and maintenance staff.
• Ensure adherence to safety, quality, GMP rules, and budget constraints.
• Monitor and report on performance indicators and drive continuous improvement.
• Mentor staff and lead line improvement teams to achieve goals.
