L'Oreal USA, Inc in Franklin, NJ is seeking a Packaging Operator for weekend night shift (Fri-Sun, 6:45 PM–6:45 AM). You will oversee total operation of packaging lines, ensure quality, manage materials and line setup, and train Trainee as needed.

This role requires lifting up to 30 pounds, ability to stand for long hours, and English communication. Join a team focused on GMP, safety, and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of experience in production/packaging areas.
• Ability to lift up to 30 pounds.
• Must be able to stand for long hours and work off shifts.
• English proficiency required.
• Team-oriented and able to follow GMP procedures.
• High School education or GED preferred.

Responsibilities

• Operate manual, semiautomatic, and automatic packaging lines.
• Train packaging employees as needed.
• Maintain quality control and GMP compliance.
• Move components and finished goods to staging area.
• Maintain line housekeeping and safety.
• Assist and support in line changeovers.
• Document inventory and production records.
