Job summary

Shake Shack Enterprises, LLC is seeking a shift-leading role to manage the flow of service, direct the team, and uphold safety, cleanliness, quality and speed on busy shifts. You will help build a high-performing hourly team and may assist with purchasing, receiving and inventory tasks.

Interviewing and supporting employee relations are also part of the role. Candidates should have at least 1 year of restaurant leadership, food safety certification, and strong problem-solving and communication

Qualifications

• 1+ year of restaurant leadership supervising a team.
• Strong problem solving skills.
• Effective written and verbal communication.

Responsibilities

• Manage flow of service and direct team on shift to ensure safety, cleanliness, quality and speed.
• Help build and lead high performing team of hourly Team Members.
• May assist with operational support functions (Purchasing, Receiving, Inventory, etc.).
• Participates in applicant interviews and assists with employee relations.
