Job summary

AES Restaurants is seeking a Shift Manager to oversee restaurant operations and provide leadership during assigned shifts. You will be accountable for operations in the absence of management and ensure guest satisfaction through team guidance and process discipline.

The role requires reliability, ServSafe certification or the ability to obtain it, and the ability to work in varied temperatures for long periods. This position supports full-time and part-time shifts in a fast-paced environment.

• Experience with P&L and operations management.
• Proven ability to manage fast-paced restaurant shifts.

Responsibilities

• Implement restaurant controls, especially cash and inventory.
