You should communicate well, solve problems on the fly, and stay flexible for days, nights, weekends, and holidays. This role requires the stamina to stand, lift, and move throughout shifts.

Qualifications

• Strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to stay organized and keep the shift running smoothly under pressure.
• Flexible availability including days, nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Physical ability to stand, lift, and move throughout the shift as required.
• Eligible to work in the U.S. and meet minimum age requirements.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coach team members during assigned shifts to ensure excellent performance.
• Deliver fast, accurate, and friendly service at the front counter and drive-thru.
• Maintain high standards for food quality, safety, and cleanliness throughout the restaurant.
• Manage shift operations including cash handling, inventory, and paperwork.
• Handle guest concerns professionally and support a positive dining experience.
• Train new team members on food handling, service, and operational procedures.
