Popeyes is seeking a Shift Leader to help create memorable experiences for Guests in a fast-paced environment. You will greet Guests, assist with orders, and ensure cleanliness and safety across the dining room and back-of-house areas.

Qualifications

• Must be at least eighteen (18) years of age.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to interact in a positive and professional manner with Guests and coworkers.
• Willingness to learn all areas of restaurant operations and work multiple stations.
• Available to work evenings, weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Greets Guests with a smile while receiving orders and processing payments.
• Prepares and packages food and drink products.
• Maintains restaurant cleanliness, including dining room, restrooms, and exterior.
• Maintains health and safety standards in work areas.
• Demonstrates knowledge of Popeyes brand and menu items.
• Checks food quality and temperature to ensure freshness and safety.
• Unloads and stocks inventory items as needed.
• Maintains regular attendance on assigned shifts.
• Upholds integrity and promotes the Popeyes culture.
