Chick-fil-A in Ohio is seeking a Shift Leader to guide a fast-paced team, keep guests happy, and help make every shift energizing and efficient.

You’ll lead and encourage teammates, jump in to work alongside them, coach junior staff, and create memorable guest experiences while learning decision-making and problem solving.
