Job summary

Workstream is seeking a Team Leader who embodies a servant heart and Chick-fil-A culture. This role supports senior leadership in daily operations, coaches team members, and upholds our standards of service, teamwork, and accountability. The Team Leader will lead shifts, train staff, and ensure excellent guest experiences in a fast-paced setting.

The position offers full-time and part-time hours, with growth opportunities and a focus on Operational Excellence and our Recipe for Service.

Responsibilities

• Participate in day-to-day operations in a high-volume, fast-paced restaurant.

• Open and/or close, lead shifts, act as key holder.
• Count drawers and finalize day.
• Communicate effectively, both written and spoken.

Our Team Leaders are responsible for supporting senior leadership in executing daily operations and keeping team members accountable for each component of Operational Excellence and our Recipe for Service. A Team Leader’s two main areas of focus are completing tasks so that the restaurant runs effectively, and coaching/developing team members. Team Leaders lead by example and set the tone that others will follow.

Team Leader Responsibilities:

• Participating operationally in day-to-day activities in high-volume, fast-paced Restaurant
• Offer immediate and respectful response to Guest's needs
• Assist in training of new hires, set the tone for a shift, and act as a role model for our team
