Job summary

WhiteWater Express Car Wash is hiring for a Shift Leader 914 (Full-time) in South Carolina. Starting pay ranges from $15 to $18 per hour plus biweekly tips. This role focuses on active leadership, customer service, and timely store operations to ensure smooth shifts.

You will oversee daily activities, support team members, and help customers select wash packages while maintaining safety and cleanliness. Training is provided, and opportunities for advancement exist within the company.

Qualifications

• 18+ years old.
• High School Diploma (or equivalent) required.
• Previous leadership, retail, hospitality, or customer service experience preferred.
• Comfortable working outdoors in various weather conditions.
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs and stay active throughout the shift.
• Available evenings and weekends.
• Strong communication and team leadership skills.
• Dependable, motivated, and customer-focused.
• Ability to follow safety procedures and company policies.
• Must pass a background check.

Responsibilities

• Ensure team members understand and complete their responsibilities.
• Provide excellent customer service and resolve customer concerns.
• Help customers choose wash packages and memberships.
• Monitor equipment performance and report maintenance needs.

• Support store opening and closing procedures.
• Maintain site cleanliness, organization, and wash quality.
