Job summary

WhiteWater Express Car Wash is seeking a Shift Leader for a full-time role in Michigan. You will lead daily shift operations, support a team, and ensure customers receive excellent service while promoting wash memberships and packages.

Qualifications

• 18+ years old.
• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Previous leadership, retail, hospitality, or customer service experience preferred.
• Comfortable working outdoors in various weather conditions.
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs and stay active throughout the shift.
• Available evenings and weekends.
• Strong communication and team leadership skills.
• Dependable, motivated, and customer-focused.
• Ability to follow safety procedures and company policies.
• Must pass a background check.

Responsibilities
