Job summary

WhiteWater Express Car Wash is seeking a full-time Shift Leader 0000 to drive shift operations and support a high-energy team. Starting pay ranges from $17–$19 per hour plus biweekly tips, with paid training and strong growth potential within the company.

The role focuses on customer service, safety, and daily team leadership in a fast-paced environment. Flexible shifts and opportunities to advance into management are available.

Qualifications

• Must be 18+ years old.
• High School Diploma (or equivalent) required.
• Previous leadership, retail, hospitality, or customer service experience preferred.
• Comfortable working outdoors in various weather conditions.
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs and stay active during shifts.
• Available evenings and weekends.
• Strong communication and team leadership skills.

Responsibilities

• Support daily shift operations and assist with team oversight.
• Ensure team members understand and complete their responsibilities.
• Provide excellent customer service and resolve customer concerns.
• Help customers choose wash packages and memberships.
• Monitor equipment performance and report maintenance needs.
• Assist with incident reports and operational documentation.
• Ensure safety policies and procedures are followed.
• Support store opening and closing procedures.
• Maintain site cleanliness, organization, and wash quality.
• Encourage a positive, team-focused work environment.
