Job summary

WhiteWater Express is hiring a Shift Leader to manage daily operations, mentor the team, and ensure excellent service across all shifts. Starting pay is $15–$17 per hour plus biweekly tips, with paid training and opportunities for advancement.

Qualifications

• 18+ years old
• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Previous leadership, retail, hospitality, or customer service experience preferred
• Comfortable outdoors and standing for long periods
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs and stay active

Responsibilities

• Support daily shift operations and assist with team oversight
• Ensure team members understand and complete their responsibilities
• Provide excellent customer service and resolve customer concerns
• Help customers choose wash packages and memberships
• Monitor equipment performance and report maintenance needs
• Assist with incident reports and operational documentation
• Ensure safety policies and procedures are followed
• Support store opening and closing procedures
• Maintain site cleanliness, organization, and wash quality
• Encourage a positive, team-focused work environment

What We’re Looking For

• 18+ years old

• Available evenings and weekends
• Strong communication and team leadership skills
