Job summary

WhiteWater Express Car Wash is seeking a Shift Leader to drive daily operations, oversee a fast-paced team, and help grow future leaders within the company. The role blends hands-on supervision with customer service, safety, and process oversight.

Starting pay is $15–$17 per hour plus biweekly tips. Paid training, advancement opportunities, and benefits are provided. Applicants should be 18+, hold a high school diploma, and be able to work evenings and weekends.

Qualifications

• 18+ years old
• High School Diploma (or equivalent) required
• Previous leadership, retail, hospitality, or customer service experience preferred
• Comfortable working outdoors in various weather conditions
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs and stay active during shift
• Evenings and weekends availability
• Strong communication and team leadership skills
• Must pass a background check

Responsibilities

• Support daily shift operations and assist with team oversight
• Ensure team members understand and complete their responsibilities
• Provide excellent customer service and resolve customer concerns
• Help customers choose wash packages and memberships
• Monitor equipment performance and report maintenance needs
• Assist with incident reports and operational documentation
• Ensure safety policies and procedures are followed
• Support store opening and closing procedures
• Maintain site cleanliness, organization, and wash quality
• Encourage a positive, team-focused work environment
