Responsibilities

1. Support management in daily operations, including coaching staff and ensuring high-quality food and service.
2. Handle cash and follow training programs.
3. Develop team members for career growth.
4. Enforce policies and participate in marketing initiatives.
5. Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards.
6. Be certified in all four restaurant positions.
7. Communicate effectively and demonstrate a sense of urgency.

Expectations for Shift Leaders

1. Move or transport up to 50 lbs as needed.
2. Work 38-40 hours per week.
3. Have reliable transportation.
4. Lead by example in quality, interaction, and appearance.
5. Create high-quality food and maintain cleanliness.
6. Work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
7. Interface with customers to provide an exceptional experience.
8. Manage and lead a team of 2-5 people.
9. Proficient in slicing and all prep tasks.
