Our Ideal Candidate
  • Understanding of and commitment to food safety procedures and regulations
  • Strong knowledge of restaurant operations - Must have PIC or ServSafe Certificate or willing to obtain before starting
  • Previous experience as a manager, leader, or supervisor in a restaurant setting
  • Energetic, passionate, and eager to learn
  • Enjoys being part of a team and serving others
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to safely lift over 50 lbs. and stand for extended periods
  • Ability to prepare and serve food in accordance with safety standards
  • Available to work nights and weekends
Key Responsibilities
  1. Shift Management/PIC:
    • Maintain high quality service standards and delegate staff
    • Verify inventory levels and report discrepancies
    • Address customer concerns and resolve conflicts professionally
    • Make informed decisions regarding guest accommodations, staffing, and operations
  2. Coaching & Leadership:
    • Provide guidance, support, and coaching to team members
    • Lead by example with a positive work ethic
  3. Financial Management:
    • Prepare daily reports and deposits accurately
    • Monitor cash flow and report discrepancies
  4. Safety & Cleanliness:
    • Commit to high standards of food safety and cleanliness

Must be at least 18 years old and authorized to work in the United States. Employment contingent upon background check results.
