A Shift Leader is responsible for supporting the management team in running their assigned location. This includes, but is not limited to:

1. Learning how to lead and run excellent shifts.
2. Delivering top-quality food.
3. Providing customer service the Jersey Mikes way.
4. Using communication skills to motivate team members.
5. Role modeling a sense of urgency.
6. Embracing Jersey Mikes policies and procedures.

A Shift Leader is expected to:
