Job Details

Department: Field Operations

Job Summary

To serve as a restaurant leader, ensuring that Team Members on shift receive proper coaching, training, and development to provide an outstanding customer experience at Church's. Ensure compliance with all company policies and procedures.

Key Duties and Responsibilities

1. Monitor and ensure prompt, friendly, and courteous customer service.
2. Ensure all menu products are prepared and served according to standards.
3. Oversee and carry out assigned tasks and activities by Team Members.
4. Assist Team Members in preparing quality products, providing service, and maintaining cleanliness.
5. Demonstrate proper procedures for Team Members.
6. Enforce safety and security policies and procedures.
7. Perform opening and closing duties as required.
8. Follow proper procedures for food preparation and handling.
9. Maintain professional and ethical leadership behaviors.
10. Ensure punctuality of all employees for shifts.
11. Perform other duties as assigned.

Position Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• High school diploma or G.E.D. preferred.
• ServSafe food safety training recommended.

Qualifications and Skills

• Complete weekly sales reports, cash handling, and inventory documentation accurately.
• Manage inventory and payroll entries in POS system.
• Ensure proper nightly POS system shutdown.
• Adhere to cash handling and security procedures.
• Possess a valid driver’s license, access to a vehicle, and proof of insurance.
• Successfully complete the Shift Leader certification program.
