The Shift Leader supports the management team in running the restaurant, which includes coaching staff, ensuring food quality, customer service, cash handling, team development, policy enforcement, marketing participation, sales building, sanitation, and certification in all restaurant positions. They are also responsible for effective communication, demonstrating urgency, and leading by example.

Responsibilities

• Support management in daily operations
• Coach staff on customer service and food quality
• Handle cash and participate in marketing initiatives
• Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards
• Lead and develop a team of 2-5 members
• Perform opening and closing tasks
• Ensure food preparation meets high standards
• Manage safety and sanitation compliance

• Reliable transportation
