Position: Shift Leader

Reporting to: Store Manager and/or Assistant Manager

Location: Boston, MA

Watermark Donut Co., LLC is hiring a Shift Leader to supervise restaurant operations on a shift-by-shift basis. You will support and coach team members to ensure effective task performance, helping America Run on Dunkin’.

Qualifications

• Previous management experience in retail, restaurant, or hospitality preferred
• High School diploma or equivalent plus 1-3 years of fast food service experience
• Ability to speak, read, and write English
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills
• Basic math skills
• Flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and various locations
• Food Handler/Allergen/Serve Safe Certification (training provided)
• Exceptional time management, attention to detail, and guest service skills
