The Shift Leader supports the management team in running the location, including coaching staff, ensuring food quality, customer service, cash handling, enforcing policies, participating in marketing initiatives, and maintaining cleanliness and safety standards.

Responsibilities

• Coach staff to deliver excellent customer service

• Deliver the Jersey Mike's experience
• Handle cash and follow training protocols

Requirements

• Move or transport up to 50 lbs
• Work 38-40 hours per week
• Reliable transportation
• Ability to lead by example and manage a team of 2-5 people
• Proficiency in slicing and baking bread
• High school diploma or equivalent
• 1 year QSR experience preferred
• Serve Safe Certification (food handler class available)
• Must be 18+ to operate slicer
