Job summary

Insomnia Cookies is opening a new store in The Woodlands, TX, and is hiring Shift Leaders to guide customer experience and daily operations.

As a Shift Leader, you will supervise the cookie crew, manage cash handling, ensure food safety, and provide excellent service while supporting store leadership. Flexible part-time schedules and pay-on-demand are included as benefits.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of customer-service experience.
• Experience with point-of-sale systems.
• Outstanding communication, time-management, and people skills.
• Outgoing, friendly, and patient demeanor.
• Detail-focused and results-oriented.
• Ability to lead by example and motivate others.
• Physical ability to lift up to 40 lbs.
• Legally eligible to work in the United States.
• Must be 18 years or older.

Responsibilities

• Provide a safe, clean working environment for guests and staff and adhere to safe food-handling practices.
• Manage cash handling and deposits.
• Other duties as assigned.
