Job summary

You will coach employees, ensure food safety, and manage inventory while delivering a great hospitality experience to guests.

Qualifications

• Must be team-oriented, friendly and possess strong customer service skills.
• Reliable transportation required to report to shifts.
• Authorized to work in the United States; must be at least 17 years old.

Responsibilities

• Serve guests by taking orders and handling cash/credit with respect.
• Deliver meals to tables or pickup areas while maintaining service quality.
• Keep work area, dining room, parking lot and restrooms clean.
• Stock inventory during shifts to maintain supply levels.
• Lead and coach team members to meet hospitality standards.
• Train staff on policies and procedures and foster a positive work environment.
• Maintain food safety and cleanliness standards.
• Open or close the restaurant and act as key holder when scheduled.

Requirements

• Reliable transportation is required

Responsibilities

• Serving guests by taking orders, handling cash and credit cards, by offering an immediate and respectful response to all guest's needs.
• Delivering meals to guests at their table or to a designated pick up area, and providing excellent customer service at all times.
• Maintain cleanliness of your work area and the dining room, parking lot, and restrooms.
• Stock as needed to maintain inventory throughout your shift.
• Effectively manage and lead a team of people serving our guests while maintaining our operating standards to provide the best hospitality and guest experience.
• Coaching, teaching and training team members on policies and procedures and creating a positive work environment for everyone.
• Maintain food safety and cleanliness standards
• Open and/or close the restaurant leading the shift as a key holder
