Responsibilities

• Serving guests by taking orders, handling cash and credit cards, and providing a respectful response to guest needs.
• Delivering meals to guests at their table or designated pickup area with outstanding service.
• Maintain cleanliness of work area, dining room, parking lot, and restrooms.
• Stock as needed to maintain inventory during shift.
• Lead and coach a team while maintaining operating standards for hospitality and guest experience.
• Train team members on policies and procedures and foster a positive work environment.
• Maintain food safety and cleanliness standards.
• Open and/or close the restaurant leading the shift as a key holder.
