SSP America operates several restaurants within the Salt Lake City International Airport, offering a path into restaurant leadership. Our Shift Supervisors ensure SSP standards are met and coaching is provided to team members, while delivering outstanding guest service.

Qualifications

• Hospitality supervision experience is preferred.
• Strong customer service and guest-relations skills.
• Ability to train and coach new hires and existing staff.
• Flexibility to work open availability and varying shifts.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests in a courteous and friendly manner.
• Run shifts according to SSP standards and operating procedures.
• Train new hires on operational standards and processes.
• Complete opening, on-going, and closing checklists as required.
• Provide support, coaching and direction to team to deliver business goals.
• Other duties as assigned.
