Job summary

SSP America in San Diego Airport is seeking a Shift Supervisor to lead a team of Food Travel Experts and uphold SSP's Passion Principles. This role is the first step into management, focusing on consistent standards and exceptional guest service.

Responsibilities include crew training, running shifts per procedures, and coaching staff to meet business goals. This is an on-site leadership position offering growth opportunities within SSP America.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests and ensure SSP standards during shifts.
• Run shifts according to SSP operating procedures.
• Train new hires on standards and processes.
• Complete opening, ongoing, and closing checklists as required.
• Provide direction and coaching to team to achieve business goals.
• Support and manage daily operations as assigned.
