SSP America in Salt Lake City International Airport is seeking an Assistant Restaurant Manager to support the General Manager across multiple brands—Sunday’s Best, Uinta Brewery, Monarca, Einstein Bagels, and Thirst.

You will lead daily operations, hire and train staff, ensure health and safety standards, manage inventory and costs, and coach teams to deliver exceptional guest experiences in a high-volume airport setting.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of restaurant management experience in full-service dining.
• 1+ year of kitchen or back-of-house supervisory experience preferred.
• Proven ability to lead teams, manage schedules, and control costs.
• Knowledge of HACCP, ServSafe, health, and safety regulations.
• Strong communication, organizational, and time-management skills.
• Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including early mornings, evenings, and weekends.

About the Role:

As an Assistant Restaurant Manager, you will work closely with the General Manager to ensure operations run smoothly and meet our high standards for service and food quality.
