Job summary

Little Caesars in Rome, GA is seeking a Shift Leader to oversee daily shift operations, guest service and sales performance. You will lead a team, manage duties, ensure brand standards, and uphold safety and cash handling procedures.

The role requires hands-on leadership during opening/closing shifts, resolving guest issues, and promoting in-store promotions while maintaining quality and cost controls.

Qualifications

• Leadership experience in fast-food or retail.
• Strong communication and coaching skills.
• Basic math and cash handling abilities.

Responsibilities

• Lead team members on shifts, assign tasks and provide feedback.
• Utilize the huddle board to position the team and follow personnel policies.
• Ensure all security procedures are followed, including opening/closing safety checks.
• Transition into opening/closing duties and prepare for the shift.
• Provide great guest service to promote positive guest experiences.
• Resolve guest complaints and issues promptly and professionally.
• Lead the team through opening, shift transitions and closing duties.
• Organize the line and delegate duties to team members.
• Maintain product quality standards on the line and in service.
• Work the line as needed to support operations.
• Promote sales on shift through suggestive selling and promotions.
• Enforce food safety requirements and practice proper food handling.
• Control food costs, labor, waste, and cash on the shift.
• Count cash drawers and follow daily cash handling procedures.
• Complete required e-learning modules.

As a Shift Leader for Little Caesars, you will be responsible for the overall shift operations, guest experience, sales performance, and execution of brand excellence in a store. In the absence of the manager, the shift leader effectively leads the team to execute great guest service and follows operating policies and procedures.

• Lead team members on shifts, including assigning tasks (cleaning, line duties, opening/closing duties), providing feedback and training
• Utilize the huddle board to effectively position the teamKnow and support appropriate personnel policies, labor laws and safety procedures
• Ensure all security procedures are executed (safe procedures, open/close procedures etc.)
• Transition into opening/closing duties
• Make guests really happy by providing great guest service
• Resolve guest complaints/issues
