Job summary

Little Caesars is seeking a Shift Leader to oversee every shift's operations, drive guest satisfaction, and uphold brand standards. You will lead team members, manage line duties, and ensure compliant, high-quality service and safety practices.

• Experience leading shifts in a fast-food or retail environment.
• Familiarity with food safety standards and procedures.

Responsibilities

• Lead team on shifts; assign tasks, give feedback and train.
• Position the team on the huddle board and follow personnel policies and safety procedures.
• Enforce security procedures including opening/closing routines.
• Handle opening and closing shift transitions.
• Deliver great guest service to ensure guest satisfaction.
• Resolve guest complaints and issues promptly.
• Open, transition, and close shifts with the team.
• Organize the line and delegate duties to team members.
• Maintain standards for product quality.
• Work the line as needed.
• Promote sales through suggestive selling and knowledge of promotions.
• Follow all food safety requirements and practices.
• Control food costs, labor, waste, and cash on the shift.
• Count drawers and follow daily cash handling procedures.
• Complete required e-learning as needed.

As a Shift Leader for Little Caesars, you will be responsible for the overall shift operations, guest experience, sales performance, and execution of brand excellence in a store. In the absence of the manager, the shift leader effectively leads the team to execute great guest service and follows operating policies and procedures.

• Lead team members on shifts, including assigning tasks (cleaning, line duties, opening/closing duties), providing feedback and training
• Utilize the huddle board to effectively position the teamKnow and support appropriate personnel policies, labor laws and safety procedures
• Ensure all security procedures are executed (safe procedures, open/close procedures etc.)
• Transition into opening/closing duties
• Make guests really happy by providing great guest service
