As a Shift Leader, you will oversee our bakery operations during your shift, ensuring excellent customer service, managing team members, and maintaining a safe and efficient environment. Responsibilities:

1. Deliver exceptional customer service and quality products
2. Support store operations, communicate effectively, monitor efficiency, and coach team members
3. Delegate tasks related to baking, cashiering, packaging, and cleaning
4. Lead and support the Cookie Crew
5. Maintain a safe, clean environment adhering to food safety standards
6. Handle cash and deposits responsibly
