We are looking for a Shift Leader!

Our Shift Leaders are like the cream cheese on the bagel. The bagel is delicious on its own, but the cream cheese adds a lot of flavor and helps hold it all together!

What's a day in the life of a Shift Leader?

Our Shift Leaders collaborate directly with the General Manager to help motivate the team to deliver a great guest experience. They are empowered to set team morale and tone, provide feedback, and coach team members. They open and close the store with minimal supervision. They ensure food and beverage quality and maintain a safe, clean environment. This role offers growth opportunities, with many General Managers starting as Shift Leaders. If you enjoy making mornings better for people and want to grow your career, we'd love to hear from you.

What we are looking for:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Must be 18 or older
• Availability for varied hours, including early mornings and weekends
• Ability to pass background checks
• ServSafe Certification prior to leadership training completion
• Valid driver's license preferred, depending on location
