We have an opening for a Chicken Salad Chick Shift Lead position. The work schedule will rotate to include a combination of opening, mid-shift, and closing hours. Requirements:

• Be hard-working, team-oriented, friendly, honest, and possess excellent customer service skills.
• Reliable transportation with a valid driver's license.
• Authorized to work in the United States.
• At least 18 years old.
• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Available to work any time, including Saturdays; time off can be requested for special occasions.
• Preferred: at least one year of restaurant management or leadership experience.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities:

• Serve guests by taking orders, handling cash and credit cards, making drinks and desserts, and responding promptly and respectfully to guest needs.
• Deliver meals to guests at their tables or designated pickup areas, ensuring excellent customer service.
• Maintain cleanliness of work areas, dining room, parking lot, restrooms, and playground.
• Stock supplies such as sauces, cups, lids, etc., as needed during your shift.
• Lead and manage a team to deliver excellent hospitality and guest experiences, maintaining operational standards.
• Make deliveries as needed.
• Coach, teach, and train team members on policies and procedures, fostering a positive work environment.
• Ensure food safety and cleanliness standards are met.
• Open and/or close the restaurant, leading the shift as a key holder.
