Job summary

&pizza in Reston is hiring Shift Leaders to run shifts and lead our day-to-day operations with a focus on hospitality and guest satisfaction. You will ensure fast, friendly service in a high-volume environment and promote a safe, clean, and welcoming shop.

You will be required to complete a Food Safety Certification within 45 days, manage tasks efficiently, and spend most of your shift on the floor supporting teammates and guests. Competitive, meaningfully structured benefits available.

• Strong hospitality skills and guest focus.
• Must pass Food Safety Certification within 45 days of start.

• Ability to lift at least 30 pounds and perform physical tasks.
• Must speak conversational English.

IN SHOP REQUIREMENTS

• Ability to manage a fast-paced, high-volume, clean, customer-focused shop.
• Best in class hospitality
• As a requirement of the position, shift leaders must pass a Food Safety Certification course within 45 days of start.
• Strong time-management skills. Ability to multi-task, to prioritize, and to organize.
• Must spend 80-90% of working shift on the floor or in the front of the shop.
• Be able to lift at least 30 pounds regularly and frequently reach, crouch, squat + bend
• Be able to exert well-paced mobility for up to 8 hours or as needed
• Be able to handle a knife confidently
• Be able to speak conversational English
