Job summary

&pizza in Ashburn is seeking a Shift Leader to run daily shifts, lead with personality, and drive smooth operations. You will ensure guests and employees leave with smiles, and you’ll foster a positive, fast-paced work environment.

As a shift leader, you’ll manage front-of-house tasks, uphold safety standards, and train team members while delivering great service and quality pizza. This role is on-site in Virginia.

Qualifications

• Ability to manage a fast-paced, high-volume shop.
• Strong hospitality and guest service mindset.
• Pass a Food Safety Certification course within 45 days of start.
• Excellent time-management and multitasking abilities.
• 80–90% of shift spent on the floor/front of house.
• Able to lift 30 pounds and perform physical tasks.
• Speak conversational English.

IN SHOP REQUIREMENTS

• Ability to manage a fast-paced, high-volume, clean, customer-focused shop.
• Best in class hospitality
• As a requirement of the position, shift leaders must pass a Food Safety Certification course within 45 days of start.
• Strong time-management skills. Ability to multi-task, to prioritize, and to organize.
• Must spend 80-90% of working shift on the floor or in the front of the shop.
• Be able to lift at least 30 pounds regularly and frequently reach, crouch, squat + bend
• Be able to exert well-paced mobility for up to 8 hours or as needed
• Be able to handle a knife confidently
• Be able to speak conversational English
