&pizza in Philadelphia is seeking a Shift Leader to run shifts, lead with personality, and ensure daily operations run smoothly so guests and team members leave with smiles. This role emphasizes strong hospitality, fast-paced execution, and frontline leadership on a daily basis.

Candidates must manage a high-volume shop, complete Food Safety Certification within 45 days, and demonstrate excellent time-management, physical stamina, and English communication.

Qualifications

• Ability to manage a fast-paced, high-volume shop.
• Best in class hospitality.
• Shift leaders must pass a Food Safety Certification course within 45 days of start.
• Strong time-management skills; ability to multi-task, prioritize, and organize.
• Must spend 80-90% of the working shift on the floor or in the front of the shop.
• Be able to lift at least 30 pounds regularly and frequently reach, crouch, squat + bend.
• Be able to exert well-paced mobility for up to 8 hours or as needed.
• Be able to handle a knife confidently.
• Be able to speak conversational English.
