Job summary

IMA PAYROLL LLC in Maryland is seeking a dynamic Shift Leader to run shifts, supervise front-of-house operations, and ensure every guest and team member leaves with a smile.

You will lead with personality in a fast‑paced pizza shop, uphold high hospitality standards, and drive daily tasks, safety, and teamwork to deliver a memorable dining experience.

This on‑the‑floor leadership role includes enforcing food safety training within 45 days and maintaining a clean, efficient service flow.

Qualifications

• Ability to manage a fast-paced, high-volume, clean, customer-focused shop.
• Best in class hospitality.
• If required, pass a Food Safety Certification course within 45 days of start.
• Strong time-management and multitasking abilities.
• Must spend 80-90% of shift on the floor/front of the shop.
• Ability to lift at least 30 pounds regularly.

IN SHOP REQUIREMENTS

• Ability to manage a fast-paced, high-volume, clean, customer-focused shop.
• Best in class hospitality
• As a requirement of the position, shift leaders must pass a Food Safety Certification course within 45 days of start.
• Strong time-management skills. Ability to multi-task, to prioritize, and to organize.
• Must spend 80-90% of working shift on the floor or in the front of the shop.
• Be able to lift at least 30 pounds regularly and frequently reach, crouch, squat + bend
• Be able to exert well-paced mobility for up to 8 hours or as needed
• Be able to handle a knife confidently
• Be able to speak conversational English
