Chick-fil-A in Phoenix is seeking a Shift Leader to assist in managing daily operations and ensure an outstanding experience for guests. The candidate must have previous leadership experience, preferably in a quick-service restaurant. Responsibilities include leading team members, maintaining service quality, and handling cash. The position offers flexible hours, closed Sundays, and competitive pay. Ideal candidates will be team-oriented, possess great customer skills, and have a readiness to grow and help others succeed.

Formación

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Previous leadership experience, specifically as a shift leader at Chick‑fil‑A or other quick‑service restaurants, is required.
• Availability to either open or close the restaurant.
• Team-oriented, friendly, and honest.
• Has a sense of urgency and personal responsibility.
• Possesses great customer skills, a teachable spirit, grit and a readiness to grow and help others succeed.

Shift Leaders have clear responsibilities that include but are not limited to overseeing the daily operations, opening and closing the restaurant, serving the team and helping Team Members grow as leaders & team players.

• Communicating employee performance and policy/procedure violations to leadership.
• Performing any of the above tasks as needed throughout the shift.
