Job summary

Staab Management's Pizza Hut franchise in North Platte, Nebraska, seeks a Shift Leader to drive daily operations and guest satisfaction. You will lead shifts, coach staff, and uphold food quality and cleanliness while meeting sales targets.

The role focuses on hiring, training, scheduling, inventory checks, and maintaining a positive, fast-paced restaurant culture. Growth opportunities into management roles are available.

Qualifications

• 18+ years old and eligible to work in the U.S.
• Reliable transportation and flexible availability, including peak lunch/dinner hours
• Strong leadership, communication and teamwork skills
• Experience in fast-paced hospitality environments is preferred

Responsibilities

• Lead shifts and manage daily restaurant operations
