Staab Management is seeking a Shift Leader for a Pizza Hut franchise in the Midwest. You will lead shifts, coach teammates, and ensure guest service, food quality, and cleanliness across daily operations.

This role requires flexibility, 18+ to work in the U.S., and the ability to stand for long periods while lifting up to 50 lbs. A hands-on leadership style and strong communication are essential.

Responsibilities

• Lead shifts and support daily restaurant operations.

• Monitor inventory, food prep, and product quality.
• Handle customer concerns and ensure a positive experience.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and “inspection-ready” restaurant.
