Job summary

Staab Management, a Midwest Pizza Hut franchise, is seeking a Shift Leader in Illinois. Lead shifts, coach team members, and ensure top guest service, food quality, and cleanliness. You will help with scheduling, inventory, and sales goals while supporting promotions and local store initiatives.

Must be 18+, eligible to work in the U.S., have reliable transportation, and be able to work peak hours. Leadership experience is a plus; uniforms and benefits are provided.

Qualifications

• Reliable transportation and ability to stand, lift up to 50 lbs
• Ability to work peak hours (lunch/dinner rushes)
• Leadership or supervisor experience preferred

Responsibilities

• Lead shifts and support daily restaurant operations.
• Coach, motivate, and develop team members.
• Ensure great guest service, food quality, and cleanliness standards.

• Help hire, train, and onboard new team members.
• Monitor inventory, food prep, and product quality.
