Shift Leader Responsibilities include:

• Managing FOH & BOH staff performance
• Fostering a positive work environment
• Training employees using SmashConnect, LMS, and our 4-step process
• Recognizing employee achievements
• Overseeing operational checklists, safety, and cleanliness standards
• Managing guest experience metrics
• Ensuring food safety compliance
• Leading onboarding and training of new staff
• Managing inventory and cash procedures
• Overseeing daily labor

Requirements for Shift Leaders:

• Previous leadership experience
• Completion of the 90-day train-the-trainer course
• Flexibility to work nights, weekends, and holidays
• Adherence to uniform standards
• Ability to follow all operational and legal guidelines
• Effective communication and people management skills
• Attention to detail and organizational skills
• Self-motivated and results-oriented
• Physical ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 lbs.
