As the Aetna Government Client Support Supervisor, you will be responsible for a team of Client Support Representatives. You will monitor team progress, track employee productivity, and assist with the teams’ development and goals. This role will require excellent time management skills to manage a wide array of issues. Some additional responsibilities of the Client Support Supervisor may include but are not limited to:

  • Provide leadership to resolve questions, problems, and complaints
  • Ensure issues are responded to with accurate and timely resolution, while identifying trends in issues submitted
  • Facilitate relationship building with internal partners
  • Monitor team performance through reporting
  • Review and evaluate process flows to ensure optimal efficiencies
  • Partner with Account Management teams to ensure maximum client satisfaction

Required Qualifications:

  • Minimum 2 years of prior Supervisory or Leadership experience required
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Detail oriented
  • Work independently with minimal supervision

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Ability to identify and streamline work efficiencies
  • Proven ability to lead a team and maximize each of their abilities to their strengths as well as identify and develop areas of weakness
  • Experience with Aetna government benefits
  • Data analytics experience with reporting and dashboards

Education:

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent experience

Pay Range

The typical pay range for this role is:

$43,888.00 - $93,574.00

This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors. This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above.
