Job summary

Hunter Super Techs - TurnPoint is hiring a Shift Leader in McMinnville, TN. You will supervise restaurant operations during your shift, driving guest service, profitability, and team development under the RGM and AM.

Responsibilities include managing cash control, inventory, and ensuring speed and accuracy of orders while upholding brand standards. You will coach Team Members, lead by example, and cover shifts as needed to keep the restaurant running smoothly.

Qualifications

• Must be at least eighteen (18) years of age.
• High school diploma or GED required; two (2) years of college preferred.
• One (1) to two (2) years of previous quick-service restaurant experience.
• Demonstrated understanding of guest service principles.
• Available to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Ability to work long and/or irregular shifts as needed for the proper functioning of the restaurant.

Now Hiring: Shift LeaderLocation: McMinnville, TNPosition OverviewThe Shift Leader is the shift leader of the restaurant, focused on delivering sales and profit results through profitability, guest experience, people development, and operations. The Shift Leader supports the Restaurant General Manager (RGM) and Assistant Manager (AM) in managing operations during assigned shifts, driving key performance outcomes related to sales, profitability, guest service, and people.
