Job summary

Hunter Super Techs - TurnPoint in Athens, GA is seeking a Shift Leader to supervise restaurant operations during assigned shifts. You will drive profitability, guest experience, and people development while supporting the RGM and AM in daily execution.

You will coach Team Members, ensure accurate cash handling and security, manage inventory, and lead by example to meet speed-of-service goals and brand standards.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; two years of college preferred.
• Two years of quick-service restaurant experience.
• Demonstrated understanding of guest service principles.
• Available to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Ability to work long and/or irregular shifts as needed.

Responsibilities

• Follows cash control and security procedures during shifts.
• Maintains and inspects daily/weekly inventory; receives truck orders.
• Motivates and directs Team Members to deliver fast, friendly service.
• Provides coaching to improve restaurant performance and guest experience.
• Directs preparation and sale of products within speed-of-service guidelines.
• Reviews results and upholds brand standards; performs Team Member duties when needed.

Now Hiring: Shift LeaderLocation: Athens, GAPosition OverviewThe Shift Leader is the shift leader of the restaurant, focused on delivering sales and profit results through profitability, guest experience, people development, and operations. The Shift Leader supports the Restaurant General Manager (RGM) and Assistant Manager (AM) in managing operations during assigned shifts, driving key performance outcomes related to sales, profitability, guest service, and people.
