Job summary

Chick-fil-A restaurant is seeking a Team Leader to guide daily operations and deliver exceptional guest service. This role emphasizes teamwork, shift leadership, and a positive, communicative environment in a fast-paced setting.

Responsibilities include training new hires, leading shifts, and maintaining high standards of customer care and performance. Candidates should be at least 18, capable of reliable transportation, and able to work well under pressure.

Team Leader Responsibilities:
