Job summary

Chick-fil-A is seeking a Team Leader to support daily operations in a high-volume restaurant. You will coach and develop team members, lead shifts, and help sustain our service culture with urgency and hospitality.

We offer full-time and part-time roles with a friendly environment, flexible scheduling, growth opportunities, and a scholarship program. Competitive pay ranges from $16.00 to $17.00 per hour, with emphasis on teamwork and exceptional guest experience.

Our Team Leaders are responsible for supporting senior leadership in executing daily operations and keeping team members accountable for each component of Operational Excellence and our Recipe for Service. A Team Leader’s two main areas of focus are completing tasks so that the restaurant runs effectively, and coaching/developing team members. Team Leaders lead by example and set the tone that others will follow.
