What's a day in the life of a Shift Leader?

Shift Leaders work directly with the General Manager to motivate the team and deliver a great guest experience. They set the morale and tone, provide feedback, and coach team members. They open and close the store with minimal supervision. Our teams ensure food quality and maintain a safe, clean environment. As a Shift Leader, you have opportunities to grow your career; many General Managers started as Shift Leaders and Team Members! What we are looking for:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Must be 18 years or older
• Flexible to work varied hours, including early mornings (as early as 3 am) and weekends
• Ability to pass background checks as required by law
• Must obtain ServSafe Certification before leadership training completion
• Possession or ability to acquire a valid driver’s license and meet driving qualifications (location-dependent)
