We are looking for a Shift Leader!

Our Shift Leaders are like the cream cheese on the bagel—adding flavor and holding everything together. They work closely with the General Manager to motivate the team and deliver excellent guest experiences. Shift Leaders open and close the store with minimal supervision, ensure food quality, and maintain a safe, clean environment. Many of our General Managers started as Shift Leaders, offering growth opportunities. If you enjoy making mornings special for others, we want to hear from you!

What we are looking for:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Must be 18 or older
• Availability for varied hours, including early mornings and weekends
• Ability to pass background checks
• ServSafe Certification (or ability to obtain before leadership training)
• Valid driver’s license preferred at some locations and meeting driving requirements
