We are looking for a Shift Leader!

Our Shift Leaders are like the cream cheese on the bagel: the bagel is delicious on its own, but the cream cheese adds flavor and helps hold it all together!

What’s a day in the life of a Shift Leader?

Our Shift Leaders collaborate with the General Manager to motivate the team and deliver a great guest experience. They set the morale and tone of the team, provide feedback, and coach team members as needed. Shift Leaders open and close the store with minimal supervision. They ensure the quality of food and beverages and maintain a safe, clean environment. This role offers growth opportunities, with many General Managers starting as Shift Leaders or Team Members. What we are looking for:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Must be 18 or older
• Availability for varied hours, including early mornings and weekends
• Ability to pass background check
• Possession or ability to acquire ServSafe Certification before leadership training completion
• Valid driver’s license preferred but only required at specific locations, and meeting driving qualifications
