Responsibilities:

• Coach your team to ensure order accuracy, speed, high food quality, and proper temperatures for every guest.
• Set an example by adhering to all company standards and policies, including the Code of Conduct, Attendance, and Uniform and Appearance policies.
• Develop crew members’ skills and knowledge for their growth and increased contribution.
• Lead by example both in the restaurant and in the community.
• Create a friendly atmosphere for customers by engaging with them in the dining area.
• Assist with operating costs and cash control.
• Maintain proper inventory levels through accurate ordering.
• Foster a sense of family among employees.
• Fill in for crew positions as needed, including Biscuit Maker, Wrapper, Cashier, and Cook.

Qualifications:

Our ideal candidate:

• Has a high school diploma or GED
• Possesses a valid driver’s license and can pass a criminal background check
• Has reliable transportation for errands and local travel
• Can operate computer systems, including email and document management
• Can lift and carry up to 50 pounds
• Is capable of bending, reaching, twisting, turning, grasping, pushing, pulling, and walking
