Warehouse Positions Pay Weekly
  • Hourly Pay: $20.00 per hour
  • Overtime Pay: $30.00 per hour
  • Schedule: First Shift, Monday - Friday, 6:00 am - 3:30 pm

Minimum Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred
  • One or more years of powered industrial truck experience preferred
  • One or more years of previous team lead experience preferred
  • One or more years of Microsoft Office experience preferred
  • Warehouse experience preferred
  • Knowledge and/or experience with RF scanners required
  • Valid forklift operator’s license required
  • Strong communication skills
  • Effective leadership skills
  • Flexibility to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Excellent organizational skills
  • Proactive approach to responsibilities
  • Ability to maintain composure under pressure
  • Adherence to health and safety methods
  • Bilingual skills (for Québec locations only)
Responsibilities
  • Lead and improve operational efficiency
  • Perform warehouse functions: loading, picking, packing, shipping, receiving, forklift operation, cycle counting
  • Organize and assign daily work duties
  • Motivate and guide team members to meet KPIs
  • Provide orientation and necessary tools for employees
  • Promote health and safety practices
  • Handle warehouse paperwork
  • Complete daily reports and suggest operational improvements
  • Perform other duties as assigned
